Have you ever thought about why recruiting firms only recommend people who are currently employed? People they have "sucked" away from their current assignment. It's because they can build a network marketing business by creating assignments for themselves filling the vacancies they create and know the next time they have a need for a person with those resume keywords they know they have somebody willing to "jump ship".
